Ravim RBC consultants recently reviewed equine services/facilities for the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale (WA). The project required our consultants to:

  • identify the extent of local horse ownership, their needs and expectations of services and facilities;
  • research current levels of utilisation of equestrian facilities and develop models of future demand;
  • determine the local economic impact of horse ownership, horse events, training of non-resident horses within the Shire;
  • determine the benefit of associating the Shire’s branding with the equine industry and the staging of an annual equine event; and
  • carry out a stocktake and conditional assessment of local equine services/facilities to identify gaps/priorities for future development.

“Thank you for the work you put together with staff on the Equestrian Study. It is a very strategic document that has had a definitive impact on the way in which we are strategically aligning to the report’s findings.”
